Aux termes de la décision ci-après, l’Autorité a prononcé une sanction de 100 000 euros à l’encontre de la société Fleury Michon LS, en tant qu’auteure, et à la société Fleury Michon, en tant que société mère (ci-après le « groupe Fleury Michon »), sur le fondement des dispositions du V de l’article L. 464-2 du code de commerce, pour avoir fait obstruction à l’instruction de la saisine référencée sous le numéro 13/0006 F.
