Dans la décision ci-après, l’Autorité de la concurrence condamne les sociétés bioMérieux SA et Guyane service médical pour avoir, du 22 mars 2013 au 25 août 2016, s’agissant de la première, accordé des droits exclusifs d’importation sur ses produits de biologie médicale et, s’agissant de la seconde, bénéficié de ces droits.
