In 2016, she joins the mergers unit and works notably on several major cases in the audiovisual sector such as the reexamination of the commitments made on the acquisition of Direct 8 and Direct Star by Canal +; or the creation of a joint venture, Salto, by TF1, M6 and France Télévisions. She also conducted an investigation into the takeover of Agripole by Cofigeo (ready meals).
